Dear Swim Families,

I am sending this email out a little earlier than usual, due to the fullness of next week’s schedule. Please take a few minutes to read through the entire email. This coming week we have the Blue & Gold makeup meet, 2 dual meets, picture day and an invitational! Please be sure to look at the resources section of the website, specifically meet basics and meet necessities!www.bcccswimteam.com

Practice Schedule 

• Monday -Blue & Gold-All Swimmers- 8:15 AM-10:30 AM
• Tuesday - Thursday, Ages 11 & over: 8:45-10:00 AM
• Tuesday - Thursday, Ages 5-10: 10:00-11:00 AM
• Friday- PICTURE DAY -All Swimmers- 9:00 AM-11:00 AM

Blue & Gold Makeup Meet

Due to the weather on Friday evening, the Blue & Gold makeup meet will be held during practice on Monday morning. All swimmers can participate even if they were not originally signed up to swim on Friday. We need parent volunteers to time during this makeup meet, please come to the pool if you are available Monday morning. All swimmer should arrive by 8:15 AM. 

Meet Schedule 

• Tuesday- June 18th Home vs SECA arrive by 5:00 PM
• Thursday-June 20^th- Away @ Manheim arrive by 5:15 PM
• Sunday- June 23^rd- 2024 Lancaster Cup, Doors open at 11:30 please arrive by 12:00 PM

Chick-Fil-A Sandwich Sale for Manheim Meet

The Manheim swim team is offering Chick-Fil-A sandwiches for purchase at their meet on June 20th. The deadline to order is June 15th. More information is included in the link. https://www.timetosignup.com/manheimswimteam/form/

Team Picture Day- Friday June 21^st at 9 AM

The photographer will be dropping off picture order forms Monday morning, they will be in the pool lobby.

• Team to arrive at 9 AM, Please do not be late!
• Team photo at 9:15
• Individual photos to follow
• As soon as your swimmers are done, enjoy a donut and head home.
• Have your photo envelope filled out ahead of time.
• You must have one envelope for each PHOTO you want taken. For example, 2 individuals + 1 sibling photo= 3 photos =3 envelopes. 

2024 Lancaster Cup

• Doors Open: 11:30am
• Arrive by 12:00!!!!
• Meet Starts at 1:00pm 

Each team must bring 2 timers (for the duration of the meet). Teams are also allowed 2 or 3 parent volunteers in addition to coaches to help with staging swimmers behind the blocks and general crowd control of younger swimmers.

To enter the pool deck area at F&M, swimmers may enter the pool deck 2 ways, through the locker rooms OR they may enter through the hallway between the locker rooms PARENTS can NOT enter the locker rooms. However, they can escort their swimmers to their teams on deck and then watch from the gallery. The gallery can be accessed by going up the stairs found outside of the locker rooms.

Younger swimmers who need assistance changing – can do so with their parents in the stalls in the hallway restrooms, down the hall to the right of the locker rooms.

Admission is $5/person

• T-Shirt pre-order pick-up & Order table T-shirts are still available to order. We will keep the sales open until the day of the meet and deliver them later.
• T&T Swimming will be set-up on site
• Concessions: DonutNV Food truck will be set up in parking lot outside of entrance

June 22^nd Lititz Springs Invitational- Cancelled

Unfortunately, Lititz Springs Swim Team has made the decision to cancel the invitational this year. Several factors went into this decision, including some difficulties with logistics due to construction projects at Warwick High School and low interest from previously participating teams. We are hopeful that the Lititz Springs Invitational will return next year!

Team Suits & Gear

Team Suits, Caps and Spirit Wear have arrived! Orders can be picked up Tuesday during practice.

• June 15- Deadline to pre-order Chick Fil A for Manheim meet on June 20th
• June 16- Deadline to register for Home vs SECA on June 18th
• June 18- Deadline to register for Away @ Manheim on June 20th
• June 23- Deadline to register for Away @ Denver on June 25th
