Dear Parents,

  It is very exciting to see the team doing well! We love your enthusiasm and we just have a few issues we would like to address early in the season.  

1- DO NOT TEXT COACHES OR PARENT BOARD MEMBERS

Please EMAIL any questions for the coaches or parent board volunteers. We are very fortunate to have a big team, and it can be overwhelming to manage many incoming messages.  

2-LET THE COACHES COACH

Please do not discuss a swimmer's time, meet placing or any other details of their swim with a swimmer who is NOT YOUR CHILD.  Well intentioned parents are offering advice to swimmers that is conflicting with what they are being told by their coaches. This also applies to swimmer's trying to coach their teammates. In order for our team and swimmers to be successful we must LET THE COACHES COACH!!! 

3-LOST & FOUND

Be sure to check the Lost & Found as there has been a lot of items left behind by our swimmers.

4-TEAM GEAR & APPAREL  

You should have received your apparel and team gear.  Registration T-Shirts have not yet arrived, we will let you know when they are in.  

5- TEAM PICTURE MAKEUPS

If you missed picture day, you can retake them next Friday the 28th at 9AM at the pool.  Envelopes are available in the family files.
