You are receiving this email a little earlier than normal as we have a very busy week ahead and there is a lot of information to share. We have two home meets on Tuesday and Thursday, Division Championships on Saturday, and our Swim Team Banquet on Sunday!

There are many unfilled volunteer positions for both meets so please be sure to sign up. www.bcccswimteam.com

Practice Schedule

• Monday - Thursday, Ages 11 & Over: 8:45-10:00 AM
• Monday - Thursday, Ages 5-10: 10:00-11:00 AM
• Friday- FUN FRIDAY- ALL SWIMMERS 10:00 AM-11:00 AM

Meet Schedule

• Tuesday July 11^th - Home vs. Lititz Springs arrive by5:00 PM- Bent Creek Country Club ***Senior Night & Luau-Dress in your best Hawaiian attire***
• Thursday July 18^th - Home vs. East Cocalico -make up meet- arrive by5:00 PM- Bent Creek Country Club
• Saturday July 20th- Blue/Gold Division Championship @ New Holland Gates Open at 7:00 AM

2024 Blue/Gold Championship Swim Meet Information

Gates Open at 7:00 AM, Meet Begins at 9:00 AM

• Admission Fee: $5.00. Swimmers and children under six are free.
• There will be a concession stand operating inside the pool gates from 7:00 AM through the conclusion of the meet. There will also be food trucks.
• Support your swimmers by sending them a Candy Gram for $1.00 during the meet.

Banquet

Sunday, July 21, 2024 at 5:00 PM in the ballroom we will celebrate the end of the season with dinner, awards, a slideshow of the season, and dancing. RSVP by tomorrow!

2025 Parent Volunteer Board

Thank you to those who have volunteered for next year's board. We will have a board meeting onTuesday July 23rd at 7 PM at my home. We are still in need of volunteers to fill board positions for next year.

All board positions must be filled by August 1^st, 2024, to commit to a 2025 season.

We are in need of musicians to perform the National Anthem at next week's home meets. Musicians who have already performed are welcome to sign up again.

LSSL Championship Practices & Christmas in July

The week of July 22^nd, morning practice will be held Monday- Wednesday from 9:30 AM -10:30 AM for those swimmers competing in the LSSL Championship and any swimmers who would like to join practice.  

***Thursday July 25^th 9:30 AM -10:30 AM will be our annual Christmas in July practice, ALL SWIMMERS are invited to join us for reindeer races, team photo with Santa and holiday treats. ***
