July 17th-Week 6 Midweek Update

Dear Swim Families,

Tonight we have a make up meet with Lititz Springs. Coach Margaret has reopened the meet entry as well as the volunteer assignments. You MUST recommit or opt out by 12pm today so she can do tonights line up. She cannot accept commitments after 12pm today. You will also need to sign up for volunteer positions. Even though the meet is a Lititz Springs we will be hosting the event so we also need stroke and turn and finish judges. 

Please be at Lititz Springs Pool by 5pm

Tomorrow evening is our last home meet. Swimmers should arrive by 5:00pm. Parents please make sure you are signed up to volunteer. 

2024 Blue/Gold Championship Swim Meet Information

• Admission Fee: $5.00. Swimmers and children under six are free.
• There will be a concession stand operating inside the pool gates from 7:00am through the conclusion of the meet. There will also be food trucks. 
• Support your swimmers by sending them a Candy Gram for $1.00 during the meet. 

Banquet

Sunday, July 21st, 2024 at 5:00pm in the ballroom we will celebrate the end of the season with dinner, awards, a slideshow of the season, and dancing. See you there!

2025 Parent Volunteer Board

Thank you to those who have volunteered for next year's board. We will have a board meeting on Tuesday July 23rd at 7pm at my home. We are still in need of volunteers to fill board positions for next year. 

All board positions must be filled by August 1st, 2024, to commit to a 2025 season.
